The Ship's Knees Inn is a 180 year-old restored sea captain's home that gives you old-style New England lodging surrounded by the charm of yesterday while offering the convenience of today.

Inside the warm, lantern-lit doorways are nineteen rooms, each individually decorated in a distinctly nautical style, and appointed with its own special colonial color scheme and genuine antiques.

Several rooms feature authentic ship's knees, hand-painted trunks, old clipper ship models, braided rugs and four-poster beds. Some of the rooms have an ocean view, and the master suite has a working fireplace.

The inn, open all year, offers a complimentary Continental Breakfast. A swimming pool and tennis court in a country setting are available.
