Greenville Pettigru Place is on the National Register of Historic Homes, and has five deluxe rooms, each a different decor theme.
Because of the hotel size it is able to provide guests with far more personal service and attention than they would get at a larger hotel.
Pettigru Place operates as a Small Business Inn from Sunday through Thursday, with all amenities that appeal to business travelers such as early breakfasts, flexible cancellations and all other amenities that appeal to business travelers.
On Friday and Saturday, Pettigru Place becomes a Bed and Breakfast with leisurely late breakfasts that appeal to those there for birthdays, anniversaries, romantic getaways, honeymoons, weddings and or visits to college students and relatives. On weekends there can be showers and luncheons, and very small weddings are held in the garden or inside.
