Bottger Koch Mansion
Awarded best Bed and Breakfast, small property by the New Mexico Hotel and Motel Association, Bottger-Koch Mansion, built in 1912, is the only lodging in Old Town Albuquerque.
With its shaded grass and garden courtyard, it is visible from the plaza at the quiet south end of San Felipe Street, and sequestered by a privacy wall. At the Bottger-Koch Mansion experience victorian elegance in the midst of the classic pueblo and Spanish colonial architecture of Old Town and feel the serenity of years past.
There are 8 guest rooms at the Albuquerque Bottger-Koch Mansion, each with a private bath, lighted ceiling fan, night table, lamps, comfortable chairs, and a table.
A full breakfast is served each morning in the glassed-in veranda or outdoor courtyard. Hot and cold beverages are available all day, as well as evening snacks. Afternoon tea is offered on Thursdays to guests and general public, as well as mystery weekends.
There is a comfortable parlor area for guests to relax in. Smoking is not allowed indoors and is designated to the patio area only.
